What You'll Do

Lead by example and create an outstanding customer experience
Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
Help recruit, train, and develop team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
Assist with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory
Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
Work alongside your team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Receive ongoing coaching from experienced Site Managers and company leadership

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum one year of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
Customer service and sales experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
Valid driver's license preferred

Career Path

Hours of Operation

Monday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
